Estero High School

Public Education

Public education in Estero is provided by the Lee County School District.

Grades K-5: Pinewoods Elementary
Grades 6-8: Three Oaks Middle School
Grades 9-12: Estero High School

More schools are planned for the Estero area, in response to its rapid growth.

The Florida University System's closest campus is located just northeast of Estero proper and has a major impact on the area. Florida Gulf Coast University provides undergraduate and graduate studies for resident and commuter students. This school is relatively new and is growing quickly in terms of students, faculty, programs and physical facilities.
