Developers: Estero Oaks LLC & Hunt Development

Nature of Development: 170,000 square feet of retail, 50,000 square feet of office and 80,000 square feet of additional retail in outlots rimming the property. According to press reports 3 of the 8 out parcels are under contract. Press reports indicate that the developer plans to include high-end retail, restaurants, a bank, an art gallery and entertainment and maybe a book store in the project.
