Gulf Coast Town Center

"Construction began in early 2004 of this 1.6 million square foot outdoor center located on the busy I-75 corridor between Fort Myers and Naples, Florida. The project will feature up to 8 anchors including Southwest Florida’s first Bass Pro Shops, Belk, JCPenney and Regal Cinemas. Over 150 specialty shops and restaurants are planned in a setting that features lush landscaping in a village-like atmosphere. Grand opening is scheduled for fall, 2005."
