Summary

Location: On the west side of US 41 between the entrances to Fountain Lakes and Marsh Landing.

Developer: Bob Soudan

Type of Development: Planned for a bank and two storage buildings

Size and Scope: Proposed 49,500 square foot commercial development on 10 acres, most of which is within the Halfway Creek floway. All of the proposed development is at the north end of the property just south of the Fountain Lakes entrance.
