Location: On the West side of Three Oaks Parkway, south of Corkscrew Road

Type of Development: residential and commercial

Size and Scope: The property is currently zoned for 201 townhomes.  The owners are proposing to change the plan to 102 single family homes.  By lowering the density of the development the developer will also reduce the traffic on Three Oaks in what has been an accident prone area.
