Location: northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway, within the Corkscrew Road Overlay and in a Commercial Node.

Developers: Sol Property Development Inc.

Type of Development: This 38 acre site has been zoned for up to 230,000 square foot of commercial space of which a maximum of 50,000 square feet may be used for offices.

Documents

7-20-09: Presented to ECPP amendment to add assisted living facilities, continuing care facilities and independent living units to Parcel G zoning with a unit count not to exceed the residential equivalent 68 units. Trip Generation Analysis indicated no increased impact to roadways than the uses currently approved. There are no definitive development plans at this time.

Plaza Del Sol Architectural and Landscape Design Guidelines, which conform with and complement the Corkscrew Road Overlay and other sections of the Land Development Code.
