Estero Council of Community LeadersRepresent Your CommunityThank you for your interest in serving as a liaison between your community and the Estero Council of Community Leaders. Representatives must be residents of the community they hope to represent and are expected to attend ECCL meetings, serve as communicators between the ECCL and their elected Community Board. Once the community has been turned over by the developer to the residents the elected Board of the community will appoint the ECCL member and alternate member. Prior to that time any resident can seek the support of a majority of the ECCL members attending an ECCL meeting to serve as a temporary ECCL community member or alternate. |
