Lee County Land Development Code
All developments in Lee County are subject to zoning and
appearance standards in the
Lee Comprehensive Plan and the
Lee County Land Development Code. 
Developments in Estero (#21) are also subject to the
Estero Community Plan, Estero-specific provisions in the Lee
Comprehensive Plan and the Lee Land Development Code. The boundaries
on the map below determine the properties affected. 
In addition to all of the above, developments in the Corkscrew
Main Street Overlay District are subject to special provisions,
which are included in the
Lee Land Development Code. The
boundaries on the map below show which properties are in the
Corkscrew Main Street Overlay District. A
proposed mixed use overlay district is in planning stages. 
Several large developments also have appearance and design
standards applicable to all projects located within their
boundaries, in addition to (and coordinated with) all those
noted above if they are in the Corkscrew Main Street Overlay
District. Developments with such standards include: |
