REVIEW COMMITTEEAUGUST 13, 2003 5:00 pm The Vines Country Club - The Perry Room Meeting Time: 5:05 pm - 6:10 pm Attendees: Wayne Robinson, Bob Flato, Diane Ferrando, Cynthia Caterham, in attendance. Bill Prysy, Al O'Donnell, Gordon Lyons, Ron Dillon, - Absent Notes Taken by: Krista Divis Meeting Minutes of August, 13, 2003 Applicant: Metro PCS/Crown Castle Application Fee of $100 - to be mailed to Wayne Robinson with application Presentation by: Mike Mejido (Metro PCS) and Jim Snay (Crown Castle)
Comments/Suggestions: Upgrade of landscaping-agreed to a min. of 10 ft. oak tree at East side of entry drive. Better buffer agreed to and be provided as discussed. Neal N. suggested to enchance gate with wrought iron or a darker color. Applicant agreed to enhance gate by painting a darker color-bronze tone. Applicant agreed to send revised plans with changes to Wayne R. with application and $100 fee. OLD BUSINESS New secretary-still needed for future meetings. Wayne R. agreed to take meeting minutes for September. NEW BUSINESS Wayne R. to email to application to presenters. Future minute taker-suggestions: temp. agency, tape recorded with legal transcription, or new hire. Neal N. requested EDRC committee to meet with county in 2 or 3 weeks for interpretation and enforcement of the codes. Neal N. to confirm meeting date/time/place and update committee. Committee agreed to meet during the week. Neal N. and Wayne R. to contact Neal Montogomery and/or Joe Sheffield??? regarding Wal-mart's intentions for presentation prior to development order being processed to county. (please confirm if this is correct wording) NEXT EDRC MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, September 10, 2003 AT 5 PM AT THE VINES COUNTRY CLUB - THE PERRY ROOM.
