·4 Corner islands were widened per the request of the committee

·1 Landscape plan was presented with elevation sketches

·2 Hedge will be planted on both side of roads – Ben Hill Griffith and entry road

·3 Committee understands that the landscape plan may exceed the percentage for Royal Palms, the committee takes no exception to the number of palms as stated in the plan.

·4 Parking – Committee suggested for an additional handi-cap parking space to be added, and Colonial representatives offered for this request to be reviewed.

·5 Applicant stated that even though they are not required to come before the EDRC, they felt that it was important to blend with the theme of the community. They felt that this is important and would like to work with the EDRC committee. Open to any suggestions.

·6 Landscape plan was presented and committee suggested the following;

Sabal palms to be purchased 12 – 20 feet tall in an effort to break up the roof line.

Single Alexander Palms (located on each side of front pillars) committee suggests the purchase of triple palms.

·7 Fuel tank – Applicant stated this will be relocated and screened from view.

·1 Next EDRC Meeting date/time/location. Club room is not available on Tuesday’s. Suggested to hold meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Vine Country Club. Committee members agreed. Debbie L. to confirm with Diane F. and Cynthia C. if they can attend the new requested meeting date/time/location.
