o Introduced Debbie Lasich and finalized fee of $100 per monthly meeting to process meeting minutes/ and submittal forms. Need to confirm whom the invoice needs to be directed to for payment.

o Drop off box on order. Upon receipt to be set in the Planning and Development Dept. of The Bonita Bay Group. The box will be marked so as not to disturb BBG employees.

o Bring new form to the next meeting. Need for applicant to supply color chips. Need to list who the application fee needs to be made payable to. Need meeting address on current form. Submittal drop off location to be added to application form

o Wayne to call Corkscrew Palms to request that they submit landscape plan for review prior to December 10, 2002. Need to inform them of the when, where etc.
