Q) How can I view PDF documents?

A) PDF documents can be viewed with the free, Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded from www.adobe.com. We use PDFs because they guarantee that you will see the document in the same way it was originally presented. Also, PDF files are secure.

Q) Why do some links have two underlines, and other only one?

A) Links that lead outside this web site are marked with two underlines. Links with one line lead to a page within the site. Links that are gray lead to glossary definitions.
