If you are erecting a new building(s) or new/replacement signage within the
Estero Planning Boundary and/or seeking a Development Order from Lee
County, you must comply with the Estero Community Plan,
(Chapter 33 [buildings] and Chapter 30
[signage] of the Lee County
Land Development Code).
NOTE: Meeting the Estero specific requirements for
Development Orders can take some time. The Development Order application
requires input from the community, which requires a public meeting, which
requires some advance notice.
