Estero Builder's Checklist
Your development, building, or signage is NOT within the Estero Planning
Community.
If your development, building or signage is adjacent to or nearby the boundary
of the Estero Planning Community, the ECPP and EDRC welcome courtesy
presentations.
While not required, courtesy presentations are a terrific way to meet with
the public and get feedback on your project. You can also use the
Land
Development Code requirements for the Estero Planning Community to blend your
project in with neighboring projects.
For zoning changes or variances, see:
ECPP presentations
For Development Orders or buildings within existing zoning, see:
EDRC presentations
Otherwise, developments, buildings and signage outside the planning boundary
need not present to the ECPP or EDRC to be approved by the county.
