Estero Development/Building Checklist
If your development, building, or signage is NOT within the Estero Planning
Community, but your development, building or signage is adjacent to or nearby
of the Estero Planning Community, the ECPP and EDRC welcome courtesy
While not required, courtesy presentations are a terrific way to meet with
the public and get feedback on your project. You can also use the
Development Code requirements for the Estero Planning Community to blend your
project in with neighboring projects.

Otherwise, developments, buildings and signage outside the planning boundary
need not present to the ECPP or EDRC to be approved by the county.
