Zoning Meeting Application
1. Package SubmissionCommunity meetings will be scheduled with developers/property owners only after they have provided each
ECPP member and the secretary of the ECPP with a copy of the components listed below of the Application for Public Hearing for Planned Development and the related exhibits and materials. These packages must be provided at least five days preceding the scheduled ECPP meeting date. The ECPP Chairman shall have the authority to determine if the submitted materials are sufficient. It is not necessary for the developer/owner to have filed this information with the County in order to satisfy this requirement. 2. Required Before

A)
If you have a completed
Application for Public Hearing for Planned Development,
you may submit it as well as:
- A Summary of Parts 1-4

A List of Major Issues Raised by the project.
- Conditional: If the application seeks to amend an existing non-agricultural zoning, then a copy of the existing Master Concept Plan for the property shall also be submitted to the ECPP at the same time as the other items required by this section.
B) If you do not yet have a completed
Application for Public Hearing for Planned Development,
we only need the following parts:
- Part 1 -- Applicant/Property Ownership information
- Part 2 -- General Information
(excluding items B.1.; B.3.; D.3.; D.5.;) - Part 3 -- Existing Conditions
(excluding items C. 4.;C.5.;C.6.; C.7.; C.8.; D) - Part 4 -- Proposed Development
(excluding items A.1. as long as A.2. is legible; K; M.1.; M.4.; M.5.) - Part 6 -- Submittal Requirements
In addition to the above application,
supply - A Summary of Parts 1-4
- List of Major Issues Raised by the project.

2. Required At the Meeting At the Community Meeting the developer/owner shall provide: 3. Attendance FormAt the meeting the ECPP will circulate an attendance form that will be shared with the developer/owner.
The developer/owner includes it in the "meeting summary" required by the Lee Plan. 4. After the Community MeetingThe developer/owner shall provide the members of the ECPP with a draft of the meeting summary for review and comment before submitting it to the county as required by the Lee Plan.
The meeting summary contains the following information:
- The date, time, and location of the meeting;
- A list of attendees;
- A summary of the concerns or issues that were raised at the meeting; and
- A proposal for how the applicant will respond to any issues that were raised.
Within 15 days after receipt of the meeting summary the ECPP shall submit its response to the developer/owner. If the ECPP does not respond by this time the developer/owner may submit the meeting summary to the County. If the developer/owner makes changes to the meeting summary after reviewing the ECPP's response, a copy of the final meeting summary shall be provided to each ECPP member within 10 days after its submittal to the County. If the ECPP finds that the developer/owner's final meeting summary is unsatisfactory, the ECPP may submit its recommendations directly to the county in writing.
