Status of Governance: Both homeowner association and golf membership will be under control of the developer until turnover (est. 2010). Developer has permitted formation of separate elected committees representing homeowners and golf members, these committees holding scheduled meetings with management twice annually.
A separate Property Owners Assoc. was formed by over 100 owners in 2004 to deal with the developer on density issues and other matters. A mutually agreeable contract was achieved in March of 2005. ECCL provided assistance in those dealings.
